The Data Library in ProposalGPT serves as a centralized repository for all your documents — including user-uploaded filesAI-generated proposal drafts, and supporting assets such as resumes, past performance records, solution documents, and compliance materials.

It ensures that all resources used during the RFP response process are organized, searchable, and accessible from a single interface.

Overview of the Data Library

The Data Library displays a tabular view of all available documents with the following key attributes:

  • Document Title – The name of the file, either uploaded manually or system-generated.

  • Last Edited Date – Indicates the most recent timestamp when the file was edited, uploaded, or processed by the system.

  • Document Type – (e.g., Proposal Draft, Resume, Past Performance, Template, Supporting Material)

  • Source – Shows whether the file was Uploaded by a user or Generated by ProposalGPT.

This overview helps users keep track of all assets throughout the proposal development lifecycle.
