How to Add Referrals to ProposalGPT

ProposalGPT offers a built-in referral system that allows users to invite others to the platform and expand the network of collaborators, stakeholders, or industry peers. The referral process is simple and provides two flexible options: sharing your referral code directly or sending email invitations through the platform.

Accessing the Referrals Section

To begin referring users:

1. Navigate to the sidebar menu.
   
   

2. Click on the “Referrals” tab.
   
   

You will be directed to the Referrals screen where you can manage invitations and track referral activity.

Referral Options

A. Share Referral Code

• You will find your unique referral code displayed on the screen.
  
  

• Simply copy the code and share it with others via your preferred communication channels (e.g., email, messaging apps, social platforms).
  
  

• Users signing up with your referral code will be automatically attributed to your account for tracking purposes.
  
  

B. Send Referral Invites via Email

1. Click on the “Invites” button on the top right of the Referrals screen.
   
   

2. In the dialog box that appears, enter the email address of the individual you wish to refer.
   
   

3. You can add multiple email addresses by separating them with commas or adding them one by one.
   
   

4. Click “Send Invite” to dispatch referral invitations to the specified recipients.
   
   

Each invited user will receive an official ProposalGPT sign-up invitation linked to your referral.

Tracking Referral Status

The Referrals screen also includes a tracking table that shows:

• Email Address – The invitee’s email
  
  

• Invitation Status – Indicates whether the user has signed up or the invitation is still pending
  
  

• Date Invited – When the invitation was sent

This allows you to monitor which referrals have successfully registered and which are yet to act on the invitation.
